What’s Covered
Your LUMORIE Lifetime Warranty covers manufacturing defects, including:
* Defective clasps or closures
* Faulty bracelet chain or adjustable mechanism
* Manufacturing defects in the projection charm
* Loose or defective components caused by workmanship
* Material defects under normal everyday use
If we determine that your item has a manufacturing defect, we will repair it or replace it with the same or a comparable product at no additional cost.
What’s Not Covered
Our Lifetime Warranty does not cover:
* Accidental damage
* Lost or stolen jewelry
* Scratches, dents, or normal wear and tear
* Damage caused by misuse, improper care, or unauthorized repairs
* Chemical damage from perfumes, lotions, chlorine, or harsh cleaning products
* Intentional damage or modifications
* Fading or damage caused by excessive exposure to water or extreme conditions
* Personalized photo changes after production
Lifetime Photo Protection
Your hidden projection photo is permanently embedded inside the bracelet during production and will not fade or disappear under normal use.
Should the projection component ever become defective due to a manufacturing issue, we’ll gladly repair or replace it under this warranty.

Making a claim is simple:

2. Provide your order number.
3. Send clear photos or a short video showing the issue.
4. Our team will review your claim within 1–3 business days.
5. If approved, we’ll provide the next steps for a repair or replacement.

•Proof of purchase is required.
•The warranty applies only to manufacturing defects and is non-transferable.
