While we optimize files for production, miniature stone projections cannot replicate digital screen resolution 1:1. Minor contrast or detail shifts inherent to micro-engraving are normal.

Pricing & Currency

You warrant that your uploaded image does not violate third-party copyright, trademark, privacy, or moral rights, and does not contain illegal, defamatory, hate-speech, or obscene content.

3. Content Refusal: Lumorie reserves the right to reject any photo upload that violates third-party intellectual property or contains illegal or prohibited material. If an image is rejected, we will contact you to request an alternative photo.

Order Cancellations & Modifications

Because every Lumorie bracelet is uniquely handcrafted and personalized with your specific photo: • Orders enter production shortly after submission. • Cancellation or modification requests (e.g., photo changes, address updates) can only be processed if received BEFORE the micro-engraving process begins. • Once your photo has entered production or the piece has been engraved, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded due to change of mind or customer error. Shipping & Delivery

• Estimated Timelines: Production and delivery estimates provided on our website or checkout page are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates. • External Delays: Lumorie is not liable for shipping delays caused by carrier disruptions, adverse weather conditions, customs inspections, incorrect address entry by the customer, or peak holiday volumes. • Customs & Import Taxes: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or clearance fees imposed by the destination country.
